Abstract
An airfoil for a turbine engine, comprising an outer wall defining an exterior surface bounding an interior and defining a pressure side and a suction side extending between a leading edge and a trailing edge to define a chord-wise direction and extending between a root and a tip to define a span-wise direction, outlets on the exterior surface, and a cooling air supply conduit within the interior and having a supply passage.

An airfoil for a turbine engine, comprising:
- an outer wall defining an exterior surface bounding an interior and defining a pressure side and a suction side extending between a leading edge and a trailing edge to define a chord-wise direction and extending between a root and a tip to define a span-wise direction;
- outlets on the exterior surface;
- and
- a cooling air supply conduit within the interior and having a supply passage and a three-dimensional plexus of fluidly interconnected cooling passages that are fluidly connected to the outlets, wherein at least a portion of the three-dimensional plexus is spaced from the outer wall.
A cooled component for a turbine engine, comprising:
- an outer wall defining an exterior surface bounding an interior;
- outlets on the exterior surface;
- and
- a cooling air supply conduit having a supply passage and a three-dimensional plexus of fluidly interconnected cooling passages which are fluidly connected to the outlets, with the supply passage at least partially radially aligned with the three-dimensional plexus.
A cooled component, comprising:
- an outer wall defining an exterior surface bounding an interior;
- and
- a three-dimensional plexus of fluidly interconnected cooling passages located within the interior and having at least one planar set of cooling passages.
