Abstract
A master hoisting platform, comprising: an outer frame removably installable inside a floor of a multi-floor building under construction; and an inner frame slidable in the outer frame between a retracted position inside the floor and an extended position outside the floor; wherein the inner frame comprises a framework structure to mount a hoist comprising a winch positioned rearwardly above the inner frame, and a sheave positioned forwardly above the inner frame.

A master hoisting and loading platform, comprising:
- a stationary outer frame removably installable on and inside a floor of a multi-floor building under construction;
- and
- a movable inner frame slidable in the stationary outer frame between a retracted position inside the floor and an extended position outside the floor;
- wherein the movable inner frame comprises an upright framework structure to mount a hoist comprising a winch positioned rearwardly above the movable inner frame at a sufficient height to allow a load to be supported on the movable inner frame in the retracted position, and a sheave positioned forwardly above the movable inner frame at the sufficient height;
- wherein the sheave is movable horizontally relative to the winch;
- and
- wherein the movable inner frame has an opening below the sheave that is sufficient to allow a load to pass through the movable inner frame in an extended position.
