Steel sheet having excellent image clarity after painting and method for manufacturing same

A method for manufacturing a steel sheet having excellent image clarity after painting, comprising:

• heating a slab comprising, by wt %:
• carbon (C):
• 0.001% to 0.03%, silicon (Si):
• 0.001% to 0.35%, manganese (Mn):
• 0.5% to 2.2%, phosphorus (P):
• 0.003% to 0.1%, sulfur (S):
• 0.001% or 0.025%, aluminum (Al):
• 0.01% to 0.1%, nitrogen (N):
• 0.001% to 0.007%, and a remainder of iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities;
• hot-rolling the heated slab to obtain a hot rolled steel sheet;
• coiling the hot-rolled steel sheet;
• and
• cold-rolling the hot-rolled steel sheet to obtain a cold-rolled steel sheet,
• wherein rolling oil is sprayed at a rate of 400 cc/min to 1000 cc/min during the hot-rolling.
