A composition comprising a compound of formula (1):
- wherein:
- each instance of R1 is independently C5-21 aliphatic or C4-20 heteroaliphatic;
- A1 comprises an epitope;
- X is O or S;
- n is an integer selected from the group consisting of 2-5;
- p is an integer selected from the group consisting of 0-15;
- and
- S1 and S2 are each independently R or S;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof.
