Amidine Substituted Benzoyl Derivatives Useful As Herbicides

A compound of Formula (I):

• or an agronomically acceptable salt thereof,
• wherein:—
• R2 is selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C6-cycloalkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl and —S(O)pC1-C6 alkyl;
• R3 is selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl and —S(O)pC1-C6 alkyl;
• Q is selected from the group consisting of Q1, Q2 and Q3;
• R1a is C1-C4alkyl- or C1-C3-alkoxy-C1-C3-alkyl-;
• R1b is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C4alkyl- and C1-C3-alkoxy-C1-C3-alkyl-;
• A1 is selected from the group consisting of O, C(O) and (CReRf);
• Ra, Rb, Rc, Rd, Re and Rf are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C1-C4alkyl wherein Ra and Rc may together form a C1-C3alkylene chain.
• X is —(CH2)n— or —(CH2)n—O—(CH2)n—;
• n is independently selected from 0, 1 and 2;
• Z is Z1 or Z2
• R4 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl and C3-C6 cycloalkyl;
• R5 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl and C1-C6 haloalkyl;
• R6 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, cyano and phenyl wherein the phenyl is optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl and C1-C6 alkoxy;
• or
• R5 and R6 together are —CH2CH2CH2CH2, —CH2CH2CH2CH2CH2— or —CH2CH2OCH2CH2—;
• and
• R7 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and C1-C6 alkyl;
• R8 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6-haloalkyl and C3-C6-cycloalkyl;
• R9 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, cyano, C1-C6 alkyl and C1-C6alkoxy-;
• and
• p=0, 1 or 2.
