Dry grout composition and capsule for anchoring reinforcing member, dowel or anchor elements

A cementitious anchoring capsule for use in anchoring a reinforcing member, dowel or anchor elements in a hole of a substrate, the capsule comprising:

• a water permeable encapsulating means wherein the encapsulating means is made of polyester;
• and
• a grout composition comprising:
• 40% to 70% of a calcium aluminosulfate based hydraulic cement;
• 40% to about 60% mineral filler which is sand;
• 0.01% to about 5% of a thixotropic agent which is a cellulose-based colloidal agent;
• and
• 0.01% to about 5% of a melamine sulfonate based superplasticizer agent,
• said amounts being based upon the total dry weight of said composition for a total of 100%, and
• said grout composition being encapsulated within said encapsulating means.
