Abstract
An image processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit acquiring content larger in size than a screen and scrolled on the screen as a moving image, an extraction unit extracting, from the moving image, a plurality of frame images corresponding to a plurality of divided images obtained by division of the content based on a size of the screen, and a generation unit generating a single still image by synthesizing the plurality of frame images extracted by the extraction unit.

An image processing apparatus comprising:
- an acquisition unit acquiring content larger in size than a screen and scrolled on the screen as a moving image;
- an extraction unit extracting, from the moving image, a plurality of frame images corresponding to a plurality of divided images obtained by division of the content based on a size of the screen;
- and
- a generation unit generating a single still image by synthesizing the plurality of frame images extracted by the extraction unit.
