An expression cassette comprising a heterologous promoter operably linked to a nucleic acid encoding a bifunctional ispDF enzyme.
A host cell comprising:
- a. an expression cassette comprising a heterologous promoter operably linked to a nucleic acid encoding a bifunctional ispDF enzyme;
- and
- b. an expression cassette comprising a heterologous promoter operably linked to a nucleic acid encoding a terpenoid synthase.
