Abstract
An antibacterial device that includes a substrate, a first electrode on the substrate, a second electrode on the substrate, and a protective layer covering the first electrode and the second electrode and having a first surface opposing of the substrate and a second surface opposite the first surface. Further, the first electrode and the second electrode are arranged such that the protective layer has an electric field strength on the second surface thereof of 150 kV/m or more when a voltage is applied to the first electrode or the second electrode.
Claims20
An antibacterial device comprising:
- a substrate;
- a first electrode on the substrate;
- a second electrode on the substrate;
- a protective layer covering the first electrode and the second electrode, the protective layer having a first surface opposing the substrate and a second surface opposite the first surface,
- wherein the first electrode and the second electrode are arranged such that the protective layer has an electric field strength on the second surface thereof of 150 kV/m or more when a voltage is applied to the first electrode or the second electrode.
An antibacterial device comprising:
- a substrate;
- a first electrode having a flat plate shape on the substrate;
- an insulating layer having a first surface opposing the substrate and a second surface opposite the first surface of the insulating layer;
- a plurality of second electrodes on the second surface of the insulating layer, the plurality of second electrodes being configured to have a same voltage applied thereto;
- and
- a protective layer covering the second electrodes, the protective layer having a first surface opposing the insulating layer and a second surface opposite side the first surface of the protective layer.
