## Abstract

A user terminal according to the present invention includes: a transmitting section that transmits Uplink Control Information (UCI) including at least one of retransmission control information for a downlink data channel, a Scheduling Request (SR) and Channel State Information (CSI); and a control section that controls the transmission of the UCI when a first uplink control channel and a second uplink control channel having a longer duration than that of the first uplink control channel are subjected to time division multiplexing in one or more slots.

## Claims

### Claim at position 1

-6. (canceled)

### Claim 7

A terminal comprising:
a transmitter that transmits uplink control information (UCI) including at least one of a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest-Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK), a scheduling request (SR), and a channel state information (CSI); and
a processor that controls a transmission of the UCI based on a start timing of an uplink control channel when the uplink control channel for the UCI overlaps an uplink shared channel.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The terminal according to claim 7, wherein the processor determines the start timing of the uplink control channel based on downlink control information.

### Claim 9

A radio communication method for a terminal comprising:
transmitting uplink control information (UCI) including at least one of a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest-Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK), a scheduling request (SR), and a channel state information (CSI); and
controlling a transmission of the UCI based on a start timing of an uplink control channel when the uplink control channel for the UCI overlaps an uplink shared channel.
