## Abstract

To appropriately notify information of a control channel configuration domain in a radio communication system that uses a synchronization signal block, one aspect of a user terminal according to the present invention includes: a reception section that receives a Synchronization Signal (SS) block including given bit information indicating a configuration of a control resource set; and a control section that decides contents of the given bit information according to a subcarrier-spacing and/or a frequency band applied to transmission of the SS block, and controls reception of a downlink control channel.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A user terminal comprising:
a reception section that receives a Synchronization Signal (SS) block including given bit information indicating a configuration of a control resource set; and
a control section that decides contents of the given bit information according to a subcarrier-spacing and/or a frequency band applied to transmission of the SS block, and controls reception of a downlink control channel.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The user terminal according to claim 1, wherein the control section decides the contents of the given bit information by referring to a different table based on the subcarrier-spacing and/or the frequency band applied to the transmission of the SS block.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The user terminal according to claim 2, wherein at least a number of patterns of a start position of the control resource set is defined differently in the different table.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The user terminal according to claim 1, wherein a number of bits of the given bit information differs according to the subcarrier-spacing and/or the frequency band applied to the transmission of the SS block.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The user terminal according to claim 1, wherein a start position of the control resource set is defined by using an SS block index in at least one of the different tables.

### Claim 6

A radio communication method comprising:
receiving a Synchronization Signal (SS) block including given bit information indicating a configuration of a control resource set; and
deciding contents of the given bit information according to a subcarrier-spacing and/or a frequency band applied to transmission of the SS block, and controlling reception of a downlink control channel.

### Claim 7 (depends on 2)

The user terminal according to claim 2, wherein a number of bits of the given bit information differs according to the subcarrier-spacing and/or the frequency band applied to the transmission of the SS block.

### Claim 8 (depends on 3)

The user terminal according to claim 3, wherein a number of bits of the given bit information differs according to the subcarrier-spacing and/or the frequency band applied to the transmission of the SS block.

### Claim 9 (depends on 2)

The user terminal according to claim 2, wherein a start position of the control resource set is defined by using an SS block index in at least one of the different tables.

### Claim 10 (depends on 3)

The user terminal according to claim 3, wherein a start position of the control resource set is defined by using an SS block index in at least one of the different tables.

### Claim 11 (depends on 4)

The user terminal according to claim 4, wherein a start position of the control resource set is defined by using an SS block index in at least one of the different tables.
