Abstract
A display device, including a substrate; a pixel electrode and an opposing electrode on the substrate; an encapsulation portion on the opposing electrode, the encapsulation portion including at least one organic layer and at least one inorganic layer alternately deposited; and a planarization layer on the encapsulation portion, the planarization layer including a portion covering an edge portion of the encapsulation portion, a first angle between an edge side surface of the planarization layer and a surface of the substrate being larger than a second angle between an edge side surface of the encapsulation portion and the surface of the substrate.
Claims9
A display device, comprising:
- a substrate;
- a transistor over the substrate;
- a pixel electrode over the transistor and electrically connected to the transistor;
- an opposing electrode over the pixel electrode;
- an encapsulation portion over the opposing electrode, the encapsulation portion comprising a first inorganic layer and a first organic layer, the first organic layer being over the first inorganic layer;
- a second organic layer comprising a portion over the encapsulation portion;
- and
- a plurality of touch conductors comprising a conductor, the conductor being directly located on the encapsulation portion,
- wherein:
- the encapsulation portion is between the substrate and the second organic layer,
- the second organic layer comprises a first portion and a second portion, and
- a first distance between an upper surface of the first inorganic layer and a lower surface of the first portion is different from a second distance between the upper surface of the first inorganic layer and a lower surface of the second portion.
