A compound comprising an oligonucleotide comprising a region having a nucleobase sequence that is complementary to an ApoCIII transcript, wherein the oligonucleotide comprises at least 10 contiguous nucleobases of the nucleobase sequence of SEQ ID NO:3, and wherein the oligonucleotide comprises one or more modified nucleosides.
