• 2, about 4.5% to 11% (w/v) sucrose, 0.006% to 0.012% (w/v) citric acid, 0.2 to 0.6 trisodium citrate dihydrate (w/v), and 0.01% to 0.1% polysorbate 80.

A method of treating an ocular disease or disorder, comprising administering to a subject, an aqueous pharmaceutical composition comprising at least 60 mg/ml of an anti-VEGF antibody that comprises the sequences of SEQ ID NO:

• 1 and SEQ ID NO:
• 2, about 4.5% to 11% (w/v) sucrose, 0.006% to 0.012% (w/v) citric acid, 0.2 to 0.6 trisodium citrate dihydrate (w/v), and 0.01% to 0.1% polysorbate 80.

A pre-filled syringe comprising an aqueous pharmaceutical composition that comprises at least 60 mg/ml of an anti-VEGF antibody that comprises the sequences of SEQ ID NO:

• 1 and SEQ ID NO:
• 2, about 4.5% to 11% (w/v) sucrose, 0.006% to 0.012% (w/v) citric acid, 0.2 to 0.6 trisodium citrate dihydrate (w/v), and 0.01% to 0.1% polysorbate 80.
