Adjustable filter track for hvac system

An adjustable filter track system, comprising:

• a plurality of filter tracks each including a guideway disposed between a first bracket and a second bracket, wherein the first bracket and the second bracket extend in a direction transverse to the guideway and are configured to retain a first filter therebetween in a first configuration of the adjustable filter track system;
• a plurality of receptacles formed in corresponding guideways of the plurality of filter tracks;
• and
• a plurality of inserts, wherein, in a second configuration of the adjustable filter track system, each insert of the plurality of inserts is configured to be disposed in a corresponding receptacle of the plurality of receptacles and extend outwardly from the corresponding guideway of the plurality of filter tracks in the direction transverse to the corresponding guideway to secure a second filter between the respective insert and the corresponding first bracket.
