- (a) transmitting altimeter and accelerometer data to a memory associated with a CPU residing in a hand held target;
- (b) storing said data in a log file;
- (c) associating the log file with a trainee identity acquired by log-in hardware installed in said hand held target to create a trainee log file;

- (d) transmitting said trainee log file to an external device.
