Abstract
Provided are an information transmission method and apparatus and a storage medium. The method includes: determining, by a network device, indication information about system information according to a system information state, where the indication information indicates a change condition of the system information within multi-level time ranges; and transmitting, by the network device, the indication information.

An information transmission method, comprising:
- determining, by a network device, indication information about system information according to a system information state, wherein the indication information indicates a change condition of the system information within multi-level time ranges;
- and
- transmitting, by the network device, the indication information.
An information transmission method, comprising:
- receiving, by a terminal, indication information about system information, wherein the indication information indicates a change condition of the system information within multi-level time ranges;
- and
- determining, by the terminal, according to the indication information, whether to receive the system information.

- a memory for storing programs executable by the processor,
- wherein when executing the programs, the processor is configured to:
