Abstract
The invention relates to an adhesive piece for the adhesive connection of material webs. The adhesive piece comprises an adhesive compound carrier which bears adhesive compound on two opposite sides, and at least one release liner which originally covers, at least in certain regions, the adhesive compound carrier and also the adhesive compound present there, protrudes at least in certain regions beyond the adhesive compound carrier, and is removable by a release liner removal apparatus.
Claims16
An adhesive piece for adhesive connection of material webs (4, 7),
- a) having an adhesive compound carrier which bears adhesive compound on two opposite sides, and
- b) having at least one release liner (90) which
- i) originally covers, at least in regions, the adhesive compound carrier and also the adhesive compound present there,
- ii) protrudes at least in regions beyond the adhesive compound carrier, and
- iii) is removable by a release liner removal apparatus.
A release liner removal apparatus, comprising
- a) at least one release liner removal device (25, 26) for removing at least one release liner (90) from at least one adhesive piece (89) arranged on a material web (4, 7),
- b) at least one support body (13) which supports the at least one release liner removal device (25, 26), and
- c) at least one guide body (27, 28) which is arranged adjacent to the at least one release liner removal device (25, 26) at least during the removal of the at least one release liner (90) and which serves for guiding the material web (4, 7).
A material web working/processing arrangement,
- a) having at least one release liner removal apparatus , comprising
- at least one release liner removal device (25, 26) for removing at least one release liner (90) from at least one adhesive piece (89) arranged on a material web (4, 7),
- at least one support body (13) which supports the at least one release liner removal device (25, 26), and
- at least one guide body (27, 28) which is arranged adjacent to the at least one release liner removal device (25, 26) at least during the removal of the at least one release liner (90) and which serves for guiding the material web (4, 7).
