An implantable scaffold comprising:
- a first layer comprising a plurality of first fibers oriented in a first direction;
- and
- a second layer comprising a plurality of second fibers oriented in a second direction;
- wherein the first direction and the second direction are different and the pluralities of first and second fibers comprise peptide-polymer conjugate.

A method of forming an implantable scaffold comprising:
- a) 3D-printing a plurality of first fibers in a first direction to form a first layer;
- b) 3D-printing a plurality of second fibers in a second direction atop the first layer to form a second layer, wherein the first and second directions are different;
- wherein the first and second fibers comprise peptide-polymer conjugate.
