Abstract
An analog to digital converter is provided and includes column processing units that convert analog signal to digital signal. One or more counters count time of analog to digital conversion and one or more comparators compares the voltage of reference signal and analog signal from neuromorphic device. One or more generators generates the reference signal for the comparator.
Claims10
An analog to digital converter which converts analog signal output from a neuromorphic device comprising:
- a counter counting timing for analog to digital conversion;
- a comparator which compares the voltage of reference signal with the analog signal output from the neuromorphic device and output the comparison result to the counter;
- a generator which generates the reference signal for the comparator.
