The control unit is configured to control the image capture unit to capture an image of a surface of the meter device. The first switch is connected between the power supply unit and the control unit. The power supply unit is configured to supply electrical power to the control unit via the first switch. The clock unit is configured to control the first switch to be turned on according to a setting. The power supply unit, the control unit, the image capture unit, the first switch, and the clock unit are all fixed to the housing.
