User-specific recap for computer-generated interactive environments

An apparatus comprising:

• a memory;
• and
• a processor coupled to the memory, the processor configured to:
• log user-performed actions in a computer-generated interactive environment;
• determine statistics of the user-performed actions, the statistics indicating at least a frequency of each particular type of user-performed action and a sequential order of the user-performed actions;
• access a data structure that comprises a plurality of nodes, each node of the plurality of nodes corresponding to a choice presented within the computer-generated interactive environment;
• link different nodes of the plurality of nodes based on the statistics to generate sequential action data;
• apply a set of rules to at least a portion of the statistics to generate character profile data;
• and
• generate a recap of the user-performed actions based on the sequential action data and the character profile data.

A computer program product for generating a user-specific recap, the computer program product comprising a computer readable storage medium having program instructions embodied therewith, the program instructions executable by a processor to cause the processor to:

• log, by the processor, user-performed actions in a computer-generated interactive environment;
• determine, by the processor, statistics of the user-performed actions, the statistics indicating at least a frequency of each particular type of user-performed action and a sequential order of the user-performed actions;
• access, by the processor, a data structure that comprises a plurality of nodes, each node of the plurality of nodes corresponding to a choice presented within the computer-generated interactive environment;
• link, by the processor, different nodes of the plurality of nodes based on the statistics to generate sequential action data;
• apply, by the processor, a set of rules to at least a portion of the statistics to generate character profile data;
• and
• generate, by the processor, a recap of the user-performed actions based on the sequential action data and the character profile data.
