The present invention relates to a combination of zonisamide with pramipexole or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate of pramipexole for treating a synucleinopathy.

A method for treating a patient suffering from a synucleinopathy, which comprises treating said patient with zonisamide, in combination with pramipexole or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof.
Zonisamide for use in the treatment of a synucleinopathy in combination with pramipexole or pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof.
