Broadcast message transmission

A computer program product for wireless transmission comprising:

• a computer readable storage medium having program instructions embodied therewith, wherein the computer readable storage medium is not a transitory signal per se, the program instructions executable by a device to cause the device to perform a method comprising:
• receiving, by one or more processors on a first device, a first broadcast message from a second device comprising a wireless-enabled device operating on a Low Energy (LE) advertising channel, the first broadcast message comprises a transmission power information of the second device, a transmission data, and a destination address;
• setting, by the one or more processors, a time for a first timer based on a Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) associated with the first device and the transmission power information;
• and
• in response to the first timer being timeout, sending, by the one or more processors, a second broadcast message indicating that the transmission data would be sent to the destination address on the LE advertising channel.
