Abstract
Provided is a method and apparatus for simultaneously providing mobility management and privacy protection. A communication method includes receiving a packet for a terminal and processing at least one of a locator included in the packet and location information of the terminal based on a mobility of the terminal.

A communication method comprising:
- receiving a packet for a terminal;
- and
- processing at least one of a locator included in the packet and location information of the terminal based on a mobility of the terminal.
A communication apparatus comprising:
- a transceiver configured to receive a packet for a terminal;
- and
- a controller configured to process at least one of a locator included in the packet and location information of the terminal based on a mobility of the terminal.
