Method and device for transmitting and receiving broadcast service in hybrid broadcast system on basis of connection of terrestrial broadcast network and internet protocol network

A method for transmitting at least one broadcast signal in a transmitter, the method comprising:

• generating at least one component of a service and signaling data providing information for the service and the at least one component, wherein the at least one component comprises a video component and an audio component,
• wherein the signaling data includes information for identifying the service, status information for specifying whether status of the service is active or inactive, name information for representing a name of the service and delivery method type information on a delivery mode for the at least one component;
• generating a packet comprising the at least one component of the service and the signaling data, wherein the packet comprises a header and a payload, further the header comprises information for a packet type for representing an IP packet;
• and
• transmitting the at least one broadcast signal comprising the generated packet.

A broadcast transmitter for transmitting at least one broadcast signal, the broadcast transmitter comprising:

• a processor configured to generate at least one component of a service and signaling data providing information for the service and the at least one component, wherein the at least one component comprises a video component and an audio component,
• wherein the signaling data includes information for identifying the service, status information for specifying whether status of the service is active or inactive, name information for representing a name of the service and delivery method type information on a delivery mode for the at least one component,
• wherein the processor is further configured to generate a packet comprising the at least one component of the service and the signaling data, wherein the packet comprises a header and a payload, further the header comprises information for a packet type for representing an IP packet;
• and
• a transmitter configured to transmit the at least one broadcast signal comprising the generated packet.
