Signal processing apparatus, control method, image pickup element, and electronic device

An imaging sensor, comprising:

• a plurality of pixels;
• a signal line coupled to at least one of the plurality of pixels;
• and
• a comparator comprising:
• a first transistor, a gate of the first transistor is coupled to the signal line;
• a second transistor, a gate of the second transistor is coupled to a reference signal generation circuit;
• a third transistor coupled to the first transistor;
• a fourth transistor coupled to the second transistor, a gate of the third transistor is coupled to a gate of the fourth transistor;
• a first switch coupled between the first transistor and the third transistor;
• and
• a second switch coupled between the second transistor and the fourth transistor, and wherein the first switch and the second switch are coupled and have a fixed potential.

A signaling processing apparatus, comprising:

• a plurality of pixels;
• a signal line coupled to at least one of the plurality of pixels;
• and
• a comparator comprising:
• a first transistor, a gate of the first transistor is coupled to the signal line;
• a second transistor, a gate of the second transistor is coupled to a reference signal generation circuit;
• a third transistor coupled to the first transistor;
• a fourth transistor coupled to the second transistor, a gate of the third transistor is coupled to a gate of the fourth transistor;
• a first switch coupled between the first transistor and the third transistor;
• and
• a second switch coupled between the second transistor and the fourth transistor, and wherein the first switch and the second switch are coupled and have a fixed potential.

An electronic device, comprising:

• a plurality of pixels;
• a signal line coupled to at least one of the plurality of pixels;
• and
• a comparator comprising:
• a first transistor, a gate of the first transistor is coupled to the signal line;
• a second transistor, a gate of the second transistor is coupled to a reference signal generation circuit;
• a third transistor coupled to the first transistor;
• a fourth transistor coupled to the second transistor, a gate of the third transistor is coupled to a gate of the fourth transistor;
• a first switch coupled between the first transistor and the third transistor;
• and
• a second switch coupled between the second transistor and the fourth transistor, and
• wherein the first switch and the second switch are coupled and have a fixed potential.
