Abstract
Provided is a system-on-chip. A central controller is configured to, in response to a request from a host, generate a first signal for requesting error information related to an error from a design of an IP. A local controller is configured to generate a second signal including the error information of the target IP if the request from the host is determined to be for the target IP based on the first signal.
Claims15
A system-on-chip comprising:
- a central controller configured to, in response to a request from a host, generate a first signal for requesting error information, the error information being related to an error associated with a design of a target Intellectual Property (IP);
- and
- a local controller configured to generate a second signal including the error information of the target IP, when the request from the host is determined to be related to the target IP based on the first signal,
- wherein the central controller is further configured to transmit the error information of the target IP to the host based on the second signal.

- a central controller configured to generate a first signal for requesting error information, the error information related to an error occurring from a design of a target IP;
- and
- local controllers configured to transmit the error information obtained from IPs including the target IP,
- wherein a target local controller corresponding to the target IP among the local controllers generates a second signal including the error information based on the first signal,
- wherein the central controller is further configured to obtain the error information based on the second signal through communication between the central controller and the local controllers, the central controller and the local controllers being configured in a ring structure topology.
