Storage device and method for manufacturing storage device

A storage device comprising:

• a plurality of first conductors that extend in a first direction;
• a plurality of first stacked bodies that extend int he first direction, are respectively electrically connected to the plurality of first conductors, and respectively include a first ferromagnetic body that extends in the first direction;
• a plurality of first insulators;
• a plurality of second ferromagnetic bodies, wherein each of the first insulators is between one of the stacked bodies and one of the second ferromagnetic bodies;
• a plurality of first switching elements having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is respectively connected to one of the second ferromagnetic bodies, each of the first switching elements regulating current flow between the first end and the second end in response to a voltage applied between the first end and the second end;
• and
• a plurality of second conductors that extend in a second direction crossing the first direction and are respectively electrically connected to the second end of each of the plurality of first switching elements.

A method for manufacturing a storage device, comprising:

• forming a first stacked body including a first ferromagnetic body on a first conductor;
• forming a first insulator on the first stacked body;
• forming a second ferromagnetic body on the first insulator;
• forming a plurality of second conductors, a plurality of second stacked bodies, a plurality of second insulators, and a plurality of third ferromagnetic bodies that are separated from each other in a first direction and extend in a second direction crossing the first direction, from the first conductor, the first stacked body, the first insulator, and the second ferromagnetic body;
• forming a first variable resistance layer that extends over the plurality of third ferromagnetic bodies;
• and
• forming a third conductor on the first variable resistance layer.
