Abstract
A semiconductor device includes a first wiring extending in a first direction and a second wiring extending in a second direction crossing the first direction and having an end that faces the first wiring and is a predetermined distance away from the first wiring. The predetermined distance is approximately equal to a width of the second wiring, and the end of the second wiring is formed into one or more loops.

A semiconductor device comprising:
- a first wiring extending in a first direction;
- and
- a second wiring extending in a second direction crossing the first direction and having an end that faces the first wiring and is a predetermined distance away from the first wiring, wherein
- the predetermined distance is approximately equal to a width of the second wiring, and
- the end of the second wiring is formed into one or more loops.

- at least a first wiring layer and a second wiring layer over the first wiring layer;
- first and second wiring in the first wiring layer extending in a first direction;
- third and fourth wiring in the second wiring layer extending in a second direction crossing the first direction and having ends that face each other and are a predetermined distance away from each other;
- a first contact electrically connecting the first wiring and the third wiring;
- and
- a second contact electrically connecting the second wiring and the fourth wiring, wherein
- the predetermined distance is approximately equal to a width of the third wiring, and

- a third wiring in the second wiring layer extending the second direction and arranged with the predetermine interval from an outermost second wiring of the plurality of second wirings in the first direction;

- a contact electrically connecting the first wiring and the third wiring, wherein
