Abstract
In an example, an apparatus includes a memory array in a first region and decode circuitry in a second region separate from a semiconductor. The decode circuitry is coupled to an access line in the memory array.
Claims20
An apparatus, comprising:
- a memory array separate from a semiconductor material;
- a trigger device separate from the semiconductor material and the memory array, and coupled to an access line of the memory array;
- and
- a select device separate from the semiconductor material and the memory array, and coupled to the trigger device and to the access line.
1 more element
An apparatus, comprising:
- a first access line;
- a storage element material formed in contact with the first access line;
- a first switch material formed on the storage element material;
- a second access line formed in contact with the switch material;
- a conductive material formed at least partially passing though the storage element material, the first switch material, and the second access line;
- a second switching material formed in contact with the conductive material and separate from the second access line;
- and
- a trigger device formed in contact with the conductive material, wherein activation of the trigger device causes the second switch material to transition from a non-conductive state to a conductive state.
5 more elements
A memory device, comprising:
- a first region, comprising a memory cell selectively coupled to an access line,
- wherein the memory cell comprises a storage element material and a first select device, and
- wherein the first select device is configured to couple the storage element material to the access line;
- and
- a second region formed on the first region, wherein the second region comprises:
- a trigger device;
- and
- a second select device coupled to the trigger device and configured to couple the access line to a global decode node.
