Video-log production system

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions which, when executed by a processing system including at least one processor, cause the processing system to perform operations, the operations comprising:

• obtaining a plurality of video clips of a user;
• determining at least one goal of the user for a production of a video from the plurality of video clips;
• determining at least one audience preference of an audience, wherein the audience is distinct from the user;
• composing the video comprising at least one video clip of the plurality of video clips of the user in accordance with the at least one goal of the user and the at least one audience preference;
• and
• uploading the video to a network-based publishing platform.

A device comprising:

• a processing system including at least one processor;
• and
• a computer-readable medium storing instructions which, when executed by the processing system, cause the processing system to perform operations, the operations comprising:
• obtaining a plurality of video clips of a user;
• determining at least one goal of the user for a production of a video from the plurality of video clips;
• determining at least one audience preference of an audience, wherein the audience is distinct from the user;
• composing the video comprising at least one video clip of the plurality of video clips of the user in accordance with the at least one goal of the user and the at least one audience preference;
• and
• uploading the video to a network-based publishing platform.
