System and method dashboard selection

A system, comprising:

• one or more client instances hosted by a platform comprising a multi-instance cloud architecture, wherein the one or more client instances support application and data access on one or more remote client networks, wherein each client instance of the one or more client instances comprises at least one respective dedicated application server and at least one respective dedicated database server, and wherein the system is configured to perform operations comprising:
• determining if a user possess access to a plurality of dashboards based on a filtering criterion, wherein each dashboard of the plurality of dashboards comprises one or more visualizations of analytic or summary information related to one or more applications implemented on the one or more client instances by the at least one respective dedicated application server;
• displaying, a plurality of dashboard descriptors, each associated with a dashboard of the plurality of dashboards, on a client device in communication with a respective client instance, wherein the user possesses access to each associated dashboard;
• receiving, via the client device, a selection of a displayed dashboard descriptor corresponding to a selected dashboard;
• and
• displaying the selected dashboard on the client device.

A system, comprising:

• one or more client instances hosted by a platform comprising a multi-instance cloud architecture, wherein the one or more client instances support application and data access on one or more remote client networks, wherein each client instance of the one or more client instances comprises at least one respective dedicated application server and at least one respective dedicated database server, and wherein the system is configured to perform operations comprising:
• receiving, via a graphical user interface (GUI) of a client device in communication with a respective client instance, a filtering criterion;
• displaying, on the GUI, a plurality of dashboard descriptors, each corresponding to a respective dashboard, based on the filtering criterion, wherein each dashboard comprises one or more visualizations of analytic or summary information related to one or more applications implemented on the one or more client instances by the at least one respective dedicated application server;
• receiving, via the GUI, a selection of a displayed dashboard descriptor corresponding to a selected dashboard;
• and
• displaying the selected dashboard on the client device.
