Embodiments for co-reference resolution and entity linking from unstructured text data by a processor. Semantic co-references and mentions of one or more entities may be resolved occurring in unstructured text data by linking the one or more entities using a domain knowledge ontology.

A method, by a processor, for co-reference resolution and entity linking from unstructured text data, comprising:
- resolving semantic co-references and mentions of one or more entities occurring in unstructured text data by linking the one or more entities using a domain knowledge ontology.
A system for co-reference resolution and entity linking from unstructured text data, comprising:
- one or more computers with executable instructions that when executed cause the system to:
- resolve semantic co-references and mentions of one or more entities occurring in unstructured text data by linking the one or more entities using a domain knowledge ontology.
A computer program product for, by a processor, co-reference resolution and entity linking from unstructured text data, the computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having computer-readable program code portions stored therein, the computer-readable program code portions comprising:
- an executable portion that resolves semantic co-references and mentions of one or more entities occurring in unstructured text data by linking the one or more entities using a domain knowledge ontology.
