An opening and closing device configured for a fuel filler door, may include a base fixedly mounted on a fuel filler housing; a link mechanism pivotably connected to the base; a slider linearly movably connected to the base; and a door bracket relatively pivotably connected to the link mechanism and the slider and fixedly connected to a fuel filler door.

An opening and closing device for a fuel filler door, the opening and closing device comprising:
- a base fixedly mounted on a fuel filler housing;
- a link mechanism pivotably connected to the base;
- a slider slidably connected to the base;
- and
- a door bracket pivotably connected to the link mechanism and the slider and fixedly connected to the fuel filler door.
