Camera module and camera module manufacturing method

A camera module comprising:

• a front body comprising a lens barrel accommodating portion, a planar surface extending from the lens barrel accommodating portion in an outer circumferential direction, and a flange portion extending downward from the planar surface;
• a lens barrel disposed inner the front body;
• at least one lens disposed inner the lens barrel;
• a rear body coupled to the front body;
• and
• a substrate portion disposed inner the rear body, and disposed below the lens barrel,
• wherein the planar surface comprises a thermal bonding groove formed in a bottom surface of the planar surface,
• wherein the rear body comprises a thermal bonding portion protruding from an upper surface of the rear body, and disposed on the thermal bonding groove, and
• wherein the thermal bonding portion overlaps with the at least one lens in a direction perpendicular to an optical direction.

A camera module manufacturing method comprising the steps of:

• combining a front body and a gasket;
• accommodating a substrate portion in a rear body;
• aligning the front body and the rear body in close contact with each other;
• and
• thermal bonding of the front body and the rear body to manufacture a camera module,
• wherein the camera module comprises:
• a front body comprising a lens barrel accommodating portion, a planar surface extending from the lens barrel accommodating portion in an outer circumferential direction, and a flange portion extending downward from the planar surface;
• a lens barrel disposed inner the front body;
• at least one lens disposed inner the lens barrel;
• a rear body coupled to the front body;
• and
• a substrate portion disposed inner the rear body, and disposed below the lens barrel,
• wherein the planar surface comprises a thermal bonding groove formed in a bottom surface of the planar surface,
• wherein the rear body comprises a thermal bonding portion protruding from an upper surface of the rear body, and disposed on the thermal bonding groove, and
• wherein the thermal bonding portion overlaps with the at least one lens in a direction perpendicular to an optical direction.
