Provided is a binder composition for non-aqueous secondary battery functional layers comprising a an organic solvent having a boiling point under 1 atm of 30° C. or higher and 100° C. or lower, and a polymer A comprising (meth)acrylonitrile monomer unit and a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer unit.

A binder composition for non-aqueous secondary battery functional layers containing:
- a polymer A;
- and
- an organic solvent,
- wherein the organic solvent has a boiling point under 1 atm of 30° C. or higher and 100° C. or lower, and
- the polymer A contains a (meth)acrylonitrile monomer unit and a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer unit.
