Image monitoring system, image monitoring method, and image monitoring program

An image monitoring method comprising:

• acquiring a region forecast, wherein the region forecast indicates prediction information of an item designated as a factor for affecting a capture environment of a predetermined region, and wherein the predetermined region includes an area for image analysis;
• specifying an index based on the region forecast, wherein the index at least includes a timeslot during which the capture environment may change;
• and
• changing, based on the specified index, a setup parameter for anomaly detection in the image analysis.

A non-transitory computer-readable capturing medium having captured therein an image monitoring program causing a computer to execute:

• processing of acquiring a region forecast, wherein the region forecast indicates prediction information of an item designated as a factor for affecting a capture environment of a predetermined region, and wherein the predetermined region includes an area for image analysis;
• processing of specifying an index based on the region forecast, wherein the index at least includes a timeslot during which the capture environment may change;
• and
• processing of changing, based on the specified index, a setup parameter for anomaly detection in the image analysis.
