In order to address the objects described above, a method of providing information from an operating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes acquiring image information on an inside of a vehicle, identifying information on an item placed inside the vehicle by a user based on the image information, and identifying information for an target for providing information based on the identified information on an item.
