Abstract
A weightlifting apparatus has at least one indicia on at least one weight plate indicating the amount of weight of the weight plate. The barbell of the weightlifting apparatus can have alignment indicia on an outer surface thereon. The weightlifting apparatus is configured to selectively chose to display the amount of weight on the weightlifting apparatus.
