Abstract
A fire protection element includes a mat of intumescent material, a reinforcing liner and ventilation holes. Furthermore, a fire protection wrap is used as a fire protection element of this type.
Claims18
A fire-protection element, having:
- a mat of intumescent material and
- a reinforcing inlay,
- wherein the fire-protection element is provided with ventilation holes.
12 The fire-protection element according to claim 1, wherein the intumescent material is free of mineral fibers.
The fire-protection element according to claim , wherein the fire-protection element has a hole density between 1000 and 2000 ventilation holes per m2.
