Abstract
The present invention relates to compositions comprising HSV antigens and methods for their use in the treatment or prevention of asymptomatic and symptomatic herpesvirus infection, or recurrence.
Claims18
A composition for treating or preventing a herpesvirus infection comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of:
- a) a HSV antigen selected from the group consisting of gD, RR2, RR1, VP22, gB, VP16, VP13/14, VP11/12 and UL25;
- and
- b) a nucleic acid molecule encoding at least one HSV antigen selected from the group consisting of gD, RR2, RR1, VP22, gB, VP16, VP13/14, VP11/12 and UL25.
