Claims20
A chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell, wherein the chimeric antigen receptor comprises a surface exposed soluble ligand binding moiety that specifically binds to a soluble ligand secreted by a cancer cell or to a soluble ligand associated with an autoimmune disorder.
(canceled)
A method of treating a mammal having a soluble ligand secreting cancer cell, the method comprising administering to the mammal chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cells comprising a surface exposed soluble ligand binding moiety that specifically binds to a soluble ligand secreted by the cancer cell.
A method of treating a mammal having an autoimmune disorder, the method comprising administering to the mammal chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cells comprising a surface exposed soluble ligand binding moiety that specifically binds to a soluble ligand associated with the autoimmune disorder.
