Abstract
Imaging systems and methods for imaging assisted interventional procedure that receive images of a region of interest, that automatically detect in the images a contrast agent puff as it courses through the region of interest, and that generate a display including a video replay loop of contrast enhanced images based on the automatic detection of the contrast agent puff.
Claims15
An imaging system for imaging assisted interventional procedure, comprising:
- a data receiver configured to receive a stream of images;
- a contrast agent detector and an image extractor configured to identify images that have been contrast enhanced through a puff of contrast agent and to extract the identified images from the stream of images;
- and
- a display generator configured to generate a display including live images from the stream of images and a playback loop of the extracted images.

A computer implemented method for imaging assisted interventional procedure, the method comprising:
- receiving a stream of images;
- identifying images that have been contrast enhanced through a puff of contrast agent;
- extracting the identified images from the stream of images;
- and displaying live images and a playback loop of the exacted images.
