A cooking utensil with at least one handle structure, the cooking utensil comprising:
- a bottom wall and an upright side wall with an outer side;
- wherein the at least one handle structure is arranged against the outer side of the upright side wall;
- wherein the at least one handle structure comprises a gripping part configured to be grippable by a user;
- and
- wherein the at least one handle structure comprises a phase-change material.
