A dry solid yogurt comprising a vacuum freeze-dried product containing yogurt, non-fat powdered milk, and dextrin.
A method for producing a dry solid yogurt comprising:
- mixing yogurt, non-fat powdered milk, and dextrin;
- freezing a mixture obtained by the mixing;
- and
- vacuum freeze-drying a frozen product obtained by the freezing.
