Power module structure

A power module structure, comprising:

• a first metal layer disposed on a first reference plane;
• a second metal layer disposed on a second reference plane, wherein the second reference plane is parallel to the first reference plane;
• a third metal layer disposed on the second reference plane, wherein the third metal layer is adjacent to the second metal layer;
• a fourth metal layer disposed between the first reference plane and the second reference plane, wherein the fourth metal layer is parallel to the first reference plane or the second reference plane;
• a first switch comprising a first end electrically connected to the second metal layer and a second end electrically connected to the first metal layer;
• and
• a second switch comprising a third end electrically connected to the first metal layer and a fourth end electrically connected to the third metal layer;
• wherein the fourth metal layer is electrically connected to one of the second metal layer and the third metal layer;
• wherein a projection of the fourth metal layer is overlapped with a projection of the other metal layer of the second metal layer and the third metal layer on the first reference plane or on the second reference plane to form a overlapping area, and a direction of current flowing through the fourth metal layer is opposite to a direction of current flowing through the other metal layer.
