Pay with points at point of service

A system for provisioning a reward point account into a digital wallet, the system comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• a memory having stored thereon instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:
• obtain an alias primary account number for a reward point account;
• receive a request to provision the reward point account using the alias primary account number into the digital wallet of a user device as a payment source, the reward point account provided by a point sponsor;
• authenticate the reward point account with the alias primary account number;
• tokenize the alias primary account number to generate a reward point account token;
• transmit, to the digital wallet of the user device, the reward point account token;
• receive a second request to authorize a payment transaction using the reward point account, the second request comprising the reward point account token;
• detokenize the reward point account token to obtain the alias primary account number;
• and
• process the payment transaction through the point sponsor using the alias primary account number.

A computer-readable media storing thereon instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:

• obtain an alias primary account number for a reward point account;
• receive a request to provision the reward point account using the alias primary account number into a digital wallet of a user device as a payment source, the reward point account provided by a point sponsor;
• authenticate the reward point account with the alias primary account number;
• tokenize the alias primary account number to generate a reward point account token;
• transmit, to the digital wallet of the user device, the reward point account token;
• receive a second request to authorize a payment transaction using the reward point account, the second request comprising the reward point account token;
• detokenize the reward point account token to obtain the alias primary account number;
• and
• process the payment transaction through the point sponsor using the alias primary account number.
