A payment agent method for a virtual currency, the method comprising:

• generating, in response to a request from a payer, a first transaction that includes first destination information indicating at least an agent and a payee as destinations, first amount information, and approval information of the agent;
• and
• generating, based on approval information of the payee transmitted therefrom and using the first transaction as a balance, a second transaction that includes second destination information indicating the payee as a destination, second amount information, the approval information of the agent, and the approval information of the payee.

A non-transitory computer-readable program recording medium for causing a computer to execute:

• generating, in response to a request from a payer, a first transaction that includes first destination information indicating at least an agent and a payee as destinations, first amount information, and approval information of the agent;
• and
• generating, based on approval information of the payee transmitted therefrom and using the first transaction as a balance, a second transaction that includes second destination information indicating the payee as a destination, second amount information, the approval information of the agent, and the approval information of the payee.
