Abstract
A quality determination method includes: in a quality determination space, mapping a quality of a package product in which a plurality of devices are assembled in accordance with a predetermined design condition, with use of each test result of each of the plurality of devices; and determining a quality of the package product, on a basis of mapping result of the mapping.

A quality determination method comprising:
- in a quality determination space, mapping a quality of a package product in which a plurality of devices are assembled in accordance with a predetermined design condition, with use of each test result of each of the plurality of devices;
- and
- determining a quality of the package product, on a basis of mapping result of the mapping.
A quality determination device comprising:
- a memory;
- and
- a processor coupled to the memory and the processor configured to execute a process, the process comprising:
- in a quality determination space, mapping a quality of a package product in which a plurality of devices are assembled in accordance with a predetermined design condition, with use of each test result of each of the plurality of devices;
- and
- determining a quality of the package product, on a basis of mapping result of the mapping.
A quality determination system comprising:
- a terminal configured to input each test result of each of a plurality of devices of a package product in an item state and a design condition of the package product;
- a server having a memory and a processor coupled to the memory and the processor configured to execute a process, the process comprising:
- in a quality determination space, mapping a quality of the package product in which the plurality of devices are assembled in accordance with the design condition, with use of each test result of each of the plurality of devices;
- and
- determining a quality of the package product, on a basis of mapping result of the mapping.
A computer-readable, non-transitory medium storing a program that causes a computer to execute a process, the process comprising:
- in a quality determination space, mapping a quality of a package product in which a plurality of devices are assembled in accordance with a predetermined design condition, with use of each test result of each of the plurality of devices;
- and
- determining a quality of the package product, on a basis of mapping result of the mapping.
